Monday – Asian pasta dish with baby greens. Blueberry chocolate muffins
Tuesday – Black bean and beetroot burgers with rough cut chips. Apple pie
Wednesday – Mushroom mince Bobotie on rice with side salad. Fruit salad
Thursday – Chickpea and potato curry wraps with coleslaw. Pineapple pudding
Friday – Homemade Gnocchi with a creamy mushroom and spinach sauce. Vanilla squares for dessert

We are attending 3 festivals during March, all very well suited to the vegan message and lifestyle. We’ll be taking Ma Belle, our mobile vegan kitchen (food caravan).
