So we have taken the plunge!
The Little Red Bike has gone completely VEGAN! Being vegan is the best thing I have done in my life. I have never been a meat fan and have transitioned over the years to vegetarianism. However, I felt the pull towards becoming fully vegan. I could not say I care about the environment and animal rights while still supporting the dairy industry.
Going vegan is not as hard as you may think. There are many varied and delicious recipes and substitutes out there. It an amazing feeling eating guilt free, knowing that nothing has suffered for your palate.
I vary my menu at the markets, depending on whats fresh and what catches my eye. Tonight at Blue Bird Garage Market, the following will be on our menu.
